GIORGIO FRIGERIO ARTIST OF STREET THEATRE

Much esteemed Valdo Vaccaro, good morning. My name is Giorgio Frigerio, I am an artist of the street theater, jazz saxophonist and I live between Milano and Pavia. 

I’ll add a brief presentation that I would have gladly avoid, if it wasn’t necessary for this letter. I am the president of a small and historic association of street artists from Milan, born in the 90s, which organizes initiatives, exhibitions and shows in Milan city center and on the whole national territory. 

THE COLLAPSE OF ARTISTIC COMPANIES

Nobody ever talks about this, but due to the economic crises, which took money from municipalities and companies, the street theater went through a terrible collapse, particularly between 2013/2015 even for health reasons, and hundreds of small companies or even independent artists lost their jobs in a short time, after years of career and professional growth. 

DEADLY END SHOT TO ANY POPULAR INITIATIVE

Specialized and well organized artists and companies drastically reduced their activities or they closed off, and with them their artistic know-how. Needless to say that the corona virus was truly deadly for street artistic activities.

THE MARTIAL LAW PUTS AT RISK EVERYONE’S FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY

I use then your sensitivity and wit, in real counter trend to the dominant thought and I come straight to the point. 

I am worried about our individual freedom and our democracy, starting from this kind of “martial law”, but in particular after the 3^rd or 15^th of April, when Italy will be in default and Europe will have followed our steps, slowly establishing a totalitarian European government.  

THE RIDICOULUS AND NONSENSICAL IDEA OF THE INFECTION PARALIZED THE WHOLE WORLD

The “diffusion of the infection idea” test was effective, with no opposition from Italians and from now on, pharmaceutical companies and the government will impose us anything, with the emergency excuse and pretext, starting from criminal threats, drugs, improvised vaccines, expression and movement limitations. 

I respect these unjust rules but I don’t agree with them, and I only hope that the non agreement will follow being a right, but I doubt. 

GENERAL VALUES’ CAPITULATION

A real capitulation of the democratic system and its freedom principle, which I hoped to never see in my lifetime. So, much esteemed Valdo, I ask you with my whole heart and brain to give space to your witty and precious intellectual speculations, in the name of people’s consciousness and a free society. 

IT IS NECESSARY TO UNMASK THE SURREAL GOVERNMENT NARRATIVE

How? Once again and as never before, it is necessary and urgent to give life to a “team” of “truth estimators” and “debunkers of the mediatic and cultural propaganda”, who could denounce a surreal narrative imposed by the government and by the power. 

THERE IS THE NEED TO DISARM A MINE READY TO EXPLODE

An enlightened team of personalities, which would join different and antithetical minds in the name of the urgency and emergency, so that each one could have their part in disarming this very dangerous threat, created by the system, against the whole population. 

NO PERSONAL NARCISSISM BUT GROUP SPIRIT 

I ask you to put aside the spontaneous narcissism, and try to embody a simple man who loves freedom and use his capacities and authoritarian position in the name of truth.

WE HAVE TO PUT TOGETHER A REAL LIST

I think this is still possible, even if I don’t have a practical idea of how it could be done.

It isn’t difficult to research a list of personalities (philosophers, doctors, journalists) and simple people, who have already independently and courageously express their controversial and anti conformist thoughts, with some being canceled and censored. 

MAYBE A COMPREHENSIBLE AND COMMON MANIFESTO

I ask you to think about and evaluate the validity of a shared manifesto, which could join the various analysis proposed by these personalities, with fundamental traits. Let me know what you think about this urgent solicitation. 

EVERY FREEDOM AND RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED, EVEN THROUGH DRONES

We are living unprecedented times, and after April 2020, each one of us will not be as before the emergency, but we will be treated as patients, as risk subjects, test subjects to be held under observation, potentially positive to the virus, to be followed by drones already approved by the Italian government! 

THE GLOBALIZATION IS PRODUCING HEMLOCK AND NOT RADICCHIO

The globalization has now produced one of its most poisonous fruits, after 300 years of industrial society, or better after 10 thousands years from the discovery of agriculture.

WE ARE UNDER THE BIGGEST DANGER, WHICH IS NOT THE VIRUS BUT RATHER THE ABISSAL IGNORANCE NEVER SHOWN IN 10000 YEARS OF HUMAN HISTORY

I agree with each one of yours words Giorgio. Milly Togni from Lugano wrote me the exact same things. Your description is as precise as upsetting. The dangers you talk about exist and we are all at serious risk. 

Only the absolutist monarchs had the right over life or death on their subjects. We went even beyond that. At that time television persecutions and drones flying over your head did not exist. 

I emphasize with you and with the street artists. I am lucky enough to be followed by a lot of artists, to name a few, Claudio Ferrarini and Fabio Previati. 

I’VE BEEN WORKING FOR YEARS IN THAT DIRECTION

Personally I am already doing what you asked me. I am also following the rules, against my will, and I go out only to collect wild herbs and dandelion, essentials for my health. 

I had to suspend every lecture and class at the HSU- HealthScienceUniversity, but I know that every student still follows me, giving me great strength and determination to resist. The same goes for all my readers who appreciate and know me, or who sometimes disagree with me. 

I HAVE ALREADY SUGGESTED A FEW NAMES

It is possible and we have to do what you suggested. That is, to create a commission of enlightened experts, able to go against the stupidity of the power. 

I cited great personalities in Italy, like Pietro Perrino, Stefano Montanari, Antonietta Gatti, Francesco Oliviero, Andrea Del Buono, Carlo Alberto Zaccagna, Jean Paul Vanoli, but there are many more, in Italy and in the whole world. 

Some of these are professors at the HSU. All my students who have a degree in my HSU are prepared to enter a Commission of that kind, bringing the values which have been courageously sustained for years, in the midst of contrasts and discouragements. 

OFFICIAL REPERTOIRE SPEECHES WHILE STEFANO MONTANARI IS UNDER ARREST

In this very moment Stefano Montanari was denounced by the PTS Group (Transverse Pact for Science, Patto Trasversale per la Scienza), signed by people like Roberto Burioni, which should make anyone think.

This upsetting action takes place right on the day when our president Mattarella speaks to our nation, when Pope Francis from the Vatican sends a blessing Urbi et Orbi and plenary indulgence, that is a generalized forgiveness of any guilt, with the objective of making all the gods more compassionate towards humanity.

Less empty speeches, less wasted prayers, minimum wage to them too. Not even a word on behalf of the freedom of expression of a real scientist who gives honor to Italy and to the world, far more than those who are denouncing him. 

WE WOULD NEED CECCO ANGIOLIERI

I wish I could have the rage and fury of Cecco Angiolieri, the man of S’i fossi foco (if I were fire), or the fury of Vittorio Sgarbi when he screams falsi, falsi, falsi (fake, fake, fake), even if he claims to believe in vaccines. I also admire Bianca Berlinguer for her calm and elegance, and even her dad Enrico Berlinguer, without ever consider myself a communist.

I AM NOT AGAINST PEOPLE WHO DO WRONG, BUT THEY SHOULD BE STOPPED IF THEY CROSS THE LINE

Medicum curat and Natura sanat, so sooner or later things will go back to their place. Lies and allucinations cannot live forever.

I do not hate on anyone. I feel sympathy also for the rivals, were they Conte or Berlusconi (and his Mediaset). Tolerance and sympathy, but also compassion and grief for their loss of value. 

FAR FROM ME ANY NEGATIVE OR VENGEANCE FEELING

I do not have in me any feeling or spirit of vengeance or revenge and I have never wished bad on anyone.

I am a free spirit and I believe in clear waters and transparent feelings. 

THE ONE AND ONLY UPSETTING ENEMY IS THE VIRUS

You ask me to create a Counter-information Committee. It is not easy to do and it takes time, organization, money, all of which we have little of. 

For our enemies, everything is easy and simple. When you are in power, you have the knife on the side of the handle. They already have a Ministerial Commission, named Technical and Scientific Commission to contrast the Enemy, the virus, always him, the devil which is killing the world.

The Regime, even if in great debt and unproductive, invested enormous amount of money in this operation, no matter where money come from.

OBSESSIVE CHASE TO PHARMACIES, PARACETAMOL AND HANDS SANITIZER

Tons of masks and hands sanitizer, even if they destroy the precious microbes on the skin. 

The only important thing is to spend and throw away money for nothing. The only important thing is to maintain one own place and well paid job.

WHO DOESN NOT HURT ANYONE BUT OFFER FREE INFORMATION SHOULD BE RESPECTED

I don’t want sponsors or aids. I don’t own Telethon or things like that. But life costs and making our voice be heart costs. I can’t even move from home, even if I am not sick and I have never skipped a day at school or work.

Right now I have a 4 months sentence for medicine abuse and I believe they are preparing other measures for these free articles. 

I really live on thin ice and I am very vulnerable. They took away the harmony and peace of living with myself and the universe, my self esteem, and this is all very unjust. 

MY ARTICLES ARE BOULDERS EVEN IF THEY DO NOT SEEM SO

I keep on spending money on my lawyers. I try to be polite, but my content is very explosive, real boulders ready to make the whole system crumble.

My colleagues should help me more doing what I do. They should read and study more what I write, all the original and important data preserved only by the International Hygienist Medical School. 

THE THEORY OF THE INFECTION BRINGS US BACK TO THE WITCHES

The statistics are all false, they seem scientific but are altered and manipulated, rules are transgressed, they lack seriousness and precision. Doctors made up the history of healthy carrier of the disease. Why so? Are there even sick carriers?

The history of the infection comes directly from magic, from wizardry, from exorcisms. The voodoo casts out the devil and the infectious air. 

NOT ALL VIROLOGISTS ARE BAD, BUT THEIR CATEGORY IS EVEN MORE MANIPULED THAN THE DOCTORS

Nowadays virologists are like dishonest firemen who set fires in different spots and then they run to put out the fire. First they create panic, then they handle it and tell the people to be calm and don’t worry, and the people follow anything they suggest, from buying liters of sanitizers to distancing from their loved ones. 

BLESSINGS TO POPE BERGOGLIO

Viruses and bacteria are anywhere, even if the Pope keeps on praying and distributing indulgences. I respect him and his followers, but I find it unnecessary to pray god and the angels for an infections that does not exist. 

THE CREATOR IS TOO BRILLIANT TO ACCUSE HIM OF SERIOUS GAPS

How can we attribute illnesses to bacteria and viruses which are everywhere? If this was true, God would have created us badly, we would not be able to defend ourselves and we would be long gone from this earth. 

VIRUS SCIENTISTS OR NOTHING SCIENTISTS?

Carriers of viruses are anywhere, men and animals alike. And we do not even know everything, but just he 10 or 20% of microbes and vitamins, if not the %. 

MAX VON PETTENKOFFER EXPERIMENTS

Let’s look at the example of Max von Pettenkoffer, professor of bacteriology at the University of Vienna. On the 7^th October 1892, at the age of 74, he drank cholera vibrio with no consequences. 

Isolated and humiliated by Koch, von Pettenkofer had a single but extremely risky possibility for rescuing the situation to his advantage: Koch’s assertion that the “comma bacillus” (which von Pettenkofer admitted was the x factor) was the single cause of cholera had a major weakness; that is, the association did not satisfy Koch’s own causal postulates (16).

One of the postulates required that cholera could be produced by the inoculation of the bacillus into a healthy host, but Koch’s attempts to infect guinea pigs, cattle, fowl, and rabbits all failed. For von Pettenkofer, the absence of “y,” the soil factor, was the reason. Koch counterargued that humans were probably uniquely susceptible to the bacillus. Rebutting Koch’s defense required the unethical experimental contamination of human beings, so von Pettenkofer offered himself.

On October 9, 1892, a week after his defeat against Koch in the epidemics law committee, at the age of 74 years, von Pettenkofer ingested a broth of cholera to prove that it alone was ineffective. To avoid all criticism, he had previously neutralized his gastric acidity by sodium bicarbonate (1, 17). The ingestion caused diarrhea and proliferation of cholera bacilli in his stools but was not fatal.

THOMAS POWELL EXPERIMENTS 

Let’s look then at the repeated experiments of doctor Thomas Powell, reported by the Los Angeles Herald of 21^st November 1897. He was injected publicly with a cholera mix, bubonic plague taken from corpses, putting it in his breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. Many times his throat was brushed with diphteria germs and other sicknesses of those times. He never got sick.

Gives to the World the Story of His Ten Years’ Defiance of the Death-Dealing- Bacilli

Men have done strange things and taken desperate chances in the Interests of science. But none has been stranger or more desperate that the act of Dr. Thomas Powell, a physician who about a year ago took up his residence in this city, and who has actually taken into his system during the last ten years the germs of the deadliest diseases, for the specific purpose of shattering the time-honored theories regarding the transmission of contagious complaint* from one person to another.

Incredible as it may seen, Dr. Powell has not only survived the desperate experiments that he has undertaken, but has never shown the slightest signs of any ill effects resulting from them. The evidence regarding the truth of his claim is conclusive. His own written statements are backed up by the testimony of well-known physicians in whose presence Dr. Powell has taken the germs into his system during experiments that he has been secretly making during the past ten years.

Dr. Powell has decided that the time has come for giving to the world the result of his experiments, which he claims have been a complete and unqualified success. Here is the doctor’s statement of the result of his defiance of the power of germs:

“Before going into the details of my experiments with the germs of virulent diseases, I want to preface my statements with the explanation that I do not declare the germs to be harmless in all cases. What I do say is that a person to whom the germs of a particular disease are likely to prove dangerous must have a predisposition towards that particular disease, such predisposition being either hereditary or acquired.

Given a man or woman with no such predisposition, and I claim that the deadliest germs are powerless to harm them. They can enter the sick chamber without fear of contracting disease, or even do as I have done, take the living germ into their system and suffer no harm.

My experiments have proved the truth of my theory. “I claim that disease germs are utterly incapable of successfully assailing the tissues of the living body; that they are the results and not the cause of disease; that they are not in the least inimical to the life or health of the body; that, on the contrary, it is their peculiar function to rescue the living organism, whether of man or beast, from impending injury or destruction.

They accomplish this by bringing about the decomposition of that obstructing matter which constitutes predisposition to disease, and cause it to be passed out by the blood.

“For ten years I have worked on this theory, and the results achieved I now give to the world. I determined in the first place to experiment by inoculating, not an animal whose hold upon life is exceedingly feeble, as is that of the rabbit or guinea pig, but the human body. I made the experiments upon myself, then upon members of my own family, and lastly upon such patients as were within the range of safe experimentation.

I inoculated myself with the most virulent typhoid bacilli obtainable, having first eradicated from my system any predisposing cause for the disease. The result was entirely satisfactory, no evil ensuing beyond the usual soreness as in vaccination.

Then I took into my system the typhoid bacilli, and no typhoid lever making its appearance. I repeated the experiment with diphtheria germs, without the least perceptible effect. “In order to make the experiments still more complete, I cultivated the germs of diphtheria and glanders until there could be no doubt of their virility and took them into my system in the presence of two reputable physicians. The outcome was the same as before.

“Then I made the greatest trial of all. In the presence of twenty-five physicians I took, first, the bacilli of typhoid into the stomach enclosed in gelatine capsules; and, second, the bacilli of diphtheria by both the vaccination method and subcutaneous inoculation.

“Examinations were afterwards made by the physicians referred to of the pulse, the temperature and of the respiration, and it was unanimously declared that these inoculations produced no greater effect upon me than might have been expected from a like quantity of water.

In order that there should be no possibility of doubting Thomases declaring that the experiments were successful only in my case and that I had in some way been made contagion-proof by nature, I singled out from among my patients two who appeared to be fit subjects for similar experimentation: and, with their consent, put them through the same course as I had undergone, with less virulent diseases.

The outcome proved that my calculation were well founded, no evil resulting in their case any more than in mine. I am progressing towards a climax in my opposition to the greatest delusion of the world’s history, which will consist of the most astounding and conclusive demonstration ever made in the establishment of a scientific proposition.

So confident am I that the scientists of the world are at fault in their germ theories that I challenge anyone to bring to me the bacilli of any disease known to the medical profession, and I promise to take into my system, in the presence of any jury of physicians that may be selected, germs that have been cultivated into deadly activity by the usual processes. All I ask is that I may be given time to eradicate from my system any predisposition to the disease that the germ represents.”

The physicians in whose presence Dr. Powell has made the experiments have been completely dumfounded by the ease and facility with which he has uprooted medical landmarks and smashed the chilled-steel theories of science. While admitting that there is no room for doubting the truth of his statements, they are not willing to admit that the theories can be applied generally.

The matter is of so much importance, however, that they are arranging to have a great and convincing test made by Dr. Powell and anyone who is willing to submit to the same inoculation as he has done, in order to settle forever the great question of whether or not a supposedly contagious disease can be transmitted from one person to the other by the medium of germs. The whole world will await the outcome with interest.

PNEUMONIA TEST OF DOCTOR FRASER IN CANADA

Doctor John B. Fraser from Toronto, between 1911-1928, in various experiments, he was brushed in his tonsils, palate and nostrils with 150000 diphtheria germs. Nothing occurred. Then they proceeded with Pneumonia germs, putting them in the water he drank, milk, bread, potatoes. No symptoms. Same with typhus.

NOT EVEN THE TERRIBLE MENINGITIS CAN BE TRANSMITTED

More dangerous experiments started then to take place with meningitis microbes, always by brushing tonsils, pharynx, nostrils, or adding meningococcus to food and drinks. No pathological symptom, not ever after three months. 

SPANISH FLU EXPERIMENTS 

US Navy and the Public Health Service, under direction of doctor Milton Rosenau, made experiments with the Spanish flu. Pfeiffer bacillus was administered to a group of volunteers, and taken directly from infected blood and upper respiratory tracts of ill people. Not one of the 30 healthy volunteers had the flu in the following 78 days.

Perhaps the most interesting epidemiological studies conducted during the 1918–1919 pandemic were the human experiments conducted by the Public Health Service and the U.S. Navy under the supervision of Milton Rosenau on Gallops Island, the quarantine station in Boston Harbor, and on Angel Island, its counterpart in San Francisco.

The experiment began with 100 volunteers from the Navy who had no history of influenza. Rosenau was the first to report on the experiments conducted at Gallops Island in November and December 1918. 

His first volunteers received first one strain and then several strains of Pfeiffer’s bacillus by spray and swab into their noses and throats and then into their eyes. When that procedure failed to produce disease, others were inoculated with mixtures of other organisms isolated from the throats and noses of influenza patients.

Next, some volunteers received injections of blood from influenza patients. Finally, 13 of the volunteers were taken into an influenza ward and exposed to 10 influenza patients each. Each volunteer was to shake hands with each patient, to talk with him at close range, and to permit him to cough directly into his face.

None of the volunteers in these experiments developed influenza. Rosenau was clearly puzzled, and he cautioned against drawing conclusions from negative results. He ended his article in JAMA with a telling acknowledgement: “We entered the outbreak with a notion that we knew the cause of the disease, and were quite sure we knew how it was transmitted from person to person. Perhaps, if we have learned anything, it is that we are not quite sure what we know about the disease.”

At Camp Pike many similar experiments were conducted, with zero effects. To prove that viruses alone do not cause anything. I declared to be open to similar experiments and I only received insults. 

You are honest and they throw stones at you. You are good and they throw stones at you. Anything you do, everywhere you go, you will only be thrown stones, as in a song from Antoine. 

EVEN THANKS TO YOU, STREET ARTIST, THIS ALREADY IS A MANIFESTO

Dear Giorgio Frigerio, you talked at the beginning about an official manifesto to win against the nonsense which is destroying the whole world. This whole document, despite its length, can be seen as a base manifesto, to which all my colleagues can add their data. I believe the fundamental job is to ridicule, demolish and destroy the idea of contagion and the war at the virus. I brought real facts nobody ever talks about. We need to give a real shock to Merkel, Trump, Xi Jinping, the Pope, the guy from Via Gluck, Vasco, Romina Power and Al Bano, defenders of happiness, who invite us all to held hold hands, and not from afar.
